Boxing for years has been regarded as one of the best overall, full body workouts one can do, hence why professional boxers are some of the most in shape, conditioned athletes in the world. The benefits of boxing are endless - learning how to defend yourself; learning a new skill; stress relief; incredible cardiovascular workout that isn't boring; and the list goes on.

Here at CoreBox, our boxing classes are designed for all levels and abilities to receive the same quality workout. In all of our classes you'll get the chance to focus on bag work, technique, mitts/pads, and much more with our experienced trainers.

CORE Youth Boxing

Our youth boxing program is offered for all kids ages 8-16. These classes are designed to build confidence, learn a new skill, stay healthy and active, and be an excellent way to "bullyproof" your child.

These classes will help to teach the basics of boxing - how to defend yourself, how to throw a punch properly, footwork, and overall conditioning. Every class is focused on a different aspect, keeping the kids active and engaged in learning more. By building a new skill and learning a method of self defense, confidence in each child grows with each passing class.

As we all know bullying has unfortunately run rampant in recent times. Here at CoreBox we subscribe to the theory "it is better to have and not need, than need and not have". By developing a skill set for self defense, each one of our youth members is also taught the art of self restraint, we aren't building bullies here, we are making ourself capable of defending against them if ever needed.
