CORE Boxing

We offer a variety of boxing classes geared specifically for youth, women, and adult classes for all ages and abilities. Learn the sweet science though mitt work, bags, defensive drills, and overall conditioning in these high intensity 1 hour sessions.

CORE FUNCTION

Functional training is, in short, our go to for strength and conditioning group exercise classes. These classes are designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and keep the body healthy and free from injury.

Have you always been interested in personal training but schedule or finances always seem to be holding you back? Our trainers here can custom design a program specific for you at a fraction of the cost of full scale personal training. We still begin with our renowned assessment process

Fighter Development

One on one personal training has been shown to be the most effective way to achieving your personal fitness goals. The reason...it's PERSONAL! Our trainers here at CoreBox are skilled in various forms of training, movement correction, rehab, and nutritional guidance, and each program starts with a complimentary Functional Movement Screen and assessment to properly gauge your needs and goals.

Small Group Training

Grab a few friends and crush a workout alongside each other! Just because one on one training may not be for you doesn't mean your workouts have to suffer! In our small group sessions we tailor each program to match the goals and needs of all the individuals in the group. Average groups include 4-8 individuals, however we work with larger populations as well.

Personal Training

CORE Youth Boxing

Our youth boxing program promotes proper technique, conditioning, and confidence building exercises. This program is often referred to by parents as "bully-proofing" their child, both mentally and physically. Open to ages 8-16, our youth boxing program is specifically geared so that all levels of children, from beginners to competitive amateurs, can craft their skills while getting a great workout.
